70,000# x 72" x 1,000 FPM. Automotive Class-1, double-loop, coated coil line with inline surface inspection. Turret head design runs gauges from 0.013" to 0.250". This is one of the most capable lines on the West Coast — it handles exposed automotive quality.

60,000# x 72" x 250 FPM. 9-flight x 5-Hi cassette leveler with inline slitting turret head and programmable air stacker. Blanks from 0.015" to 0.135" at 100 cycles per minute. Panel-flat sheets and precision blanks, every time.

The only mill-grade strobe-light inspection stand in the region. We inspect both sides of the strip and map every coil. Sliver, lamination, inclusion — we find it and pull it before it gets to your floor.

Steel gets damaged in transit. Edge damage, telescoping, water stain — we see it all. Our equipment and our operators can correct it so you get more usable material out of the coil and less scrap. That saves you real money on expensive steel.

100,000 square feet, fully indoor, served by eight overhead bridge cranes with up to 40-ton capacity. Indoor and outdoor rail bays for coil car unloading. Your master coils stored securely until you need them processed.

Custom-built skids for coil and sheet to your spec. Stretch wrap, paper wrap, VCI bagging — whatever it takes to deliver without damage or claims. We build the skid to fit the order, not the other way around.

BNSF Track 1153 at Watson Station. We have our own spotting vehicle and multiple switches. Indoor and outdoor rail car unloading. We handle several hundred cars a month — your coil comes off the rail and straight into our facility.

Air-ride tractor-trailers and bobtails. Flexible weather covers on every trailer. Two miles from the Ports of LA & Long Beach, at the junction of every major California freeway. We deliver anywhere in the Western U.S., and we do it without damage.
